Breaded Salmon Sliders

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Season salmon fillet with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

  2. Roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.

  3. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, chilli sauce, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce to make sauce.

  4. Cut slider rolls in half and layer with rocket leaves, tomato slices, mozarella slices, breaded salmon, mixed sauces, cucumber.

  5. Enjoy
