Muesli Coated Boneless Wings Salad

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 4 Chicken Wings , Cut at joints and deboned

  • 2 cups Muesli

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 2 Eggs

  • Oil for Frying

  • Bunch of Salad Leaves

  • 1 small Cucumber , peeled and cubed

  • 1 small Red Cabbage, Sliced

  • Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered

  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil

  • Salt and Black Pepper 

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  1. Season Deboned Chicken Wings with salt, black pepper and secret spice

  2. Set aside 3 bowls. Put the flour in one, whisked eggs in the second and the muesli in the third.

  3. Put Chicken Wings in the flour bowl. make sure the chicken is well coated, dust off excess.

  4. Put chicken in the egg mixture and then the muesli mix to coat

  5. Deep fry chicken till they are golden brown and cooked through

  6. In a bowl, mix together salad leaves, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and red cabbage.

  7. Season with salt and pepper and add some olive oil.

  8. Layer bottom f plate or bowl with salad, then top with chicken. Enjoy!
