Seafood Okra with Fennel and Green Onions

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Set a pot over medium heat, add in oil, onions, garlic, ginger and fennel.

  2. Cook for 2 minutes (stirring continuously)

  3. Add blended peppers and cook for another 2 minutes

  4. Add seafood, then add stock cube and salt.

  5. Add Okra, stir and allow to steam for 1 minute

  6. Add green onions, spinach, stir and allow to steam for 1 more minute then turn off heat.

  7. Serve.

  • 100g okra (Diced)

  • 4 Habanero Peppers (Blended)

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

  • 3 Stalks of Green Onions

  • 50g Spinach

  • 1 Stock Cube

  • Salt

  • 1/4 bulb Fennel (Diced)

  • 1/2 bulb Onions (Diced)50g Palm Oil
