Caprese Panini

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients for Panini together and knead for 10mins to form a Smooth and soft dough.

  2.  Oil a deep bowl, cover with damp towel and proof for 50mins

  3. Shape into mini baguettes and allow to proof for another 20min.

  4.  Make 2-3 incision on the dough, brush with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees  for 15mins.

  5. Once baked, arrange cheese and tomatoes in cut paninis and add some pesto

PANINI

  • 230g strong white flour

  • 7g yeast

  • 1tsp salt

  • 140ml warm water

  • 2tbsp olive oil

Caprese

  • Mozarella Balls, sliced into discs

  • Tomatoes, sliced

  • Pesto
