Grilled Chicken Breast with Strawberry Salsa

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 200g Chicken Fillets

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cubed

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1 red onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic, minced

  • Bunch of cilantro, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

  2. Set a pan over medium heat, add oil.

  3. Sear chicken for about 5 minutes then flip.

  4. Transfer to preheated oven and cook for a further 15 minutes at 170 C.

  5. Combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl to make salsa.
