Chicken Caesar Fusilli Salad


  • 1 cup Fusilli Pasta

  • 300g chicken breast

  • 1 romaine lettuce or mixed greens

  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

  • 3/4 cup croutons

  • Salt & Black Pepper

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice™️

  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 batch Homemade Caesar Dressing


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and secret spice

  3. Add 2 tablespoon of oil to a pan over medium heat and sear for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Cut into bite-size pieces

  4. Add the mixed greens or romaine to a large serving bowl. Top with the chicken, tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to combine. Enjoy cold or at room temperature.
