Crispy Chicken Wings in Chilli Jam

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Gourmet Sauces by Chef Shuby’s Chili Jam

  • 400g Chicken Wings

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Chef Stone's Secret Spice

  • 1 cup Cornflour

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Oil for frying

METHOD

  1. Season chicken wings with black pepper, salt and secret spice

  2. Toss wings in corn flour and deep fry until golden brown

  3. Melt butter in pan, add wings and chill jam, mix till evenly coated

  4. Serve
