Grilled Fillet of Steak with Grilled Veggies

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • 200g fillet steak

  • 4 Baby Potatoes

  • 1 floret Cauliflower

  • 100g Brussel sprout

  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 4 spears Asparagus

  • 1 handful Mizuna leaves

  • Red Berries (for Garnish)

  • 1 Beetroot 

  1. Season steak with salt, black pepper, secret spice and set aside.

  2. On medium-high heat, grill steak for 5 minutes on each side.

  3. Leave to rest.

  4. Lightly oil a griddle pan and grill clean vegetables.

  5. Slice baby potatoes very thinly, saute in butter and grill.

  6. Boil beetroot till tender and blend. 

  7. Assemble all the beautifully grilled elements on a plate and serve with beetroot puree.
