One Skillet Chicken Pasta



  • 2 cups tortellini or regular shells pasta

  • 200g chicken breast

  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed

  • 1 can corn drained

  • 1 cup bell peppers  (red, yellow, or orange bell peppers)

  • 1 can diced tomatoes 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cups chicken stock or broth 

  • 3/4 cups cheddar cheese shredded

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Chef Stone’s Secret Spice™️

  • Optional toppings: Cherry Tomatoes 

  • Green Onions, 

  • Cilantro, 

  • Fresh lime

  1. Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and season with salt, black pepper and secret spice.

  2. Drain and rinse the black beans, drain the corn, wash and chop the bell peppers into medium cubes.

  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add some oil and sauté the chicken until chicken color has fully changed.

  4. Add can tomatoes, pasta, chicken stock and more seasoning to taste

  5. Heat the skillet to boiling. As soon as it start to boil, lower the temperature to medium and add in the black beans, bell peppers and corn.

  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes or until the pasta is tender and cooked through. Stir occasionally.

  7. Add in any additional toppings. 

  8. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
