Pan Seared Tuna Steaks



  • 200g tuna steak

  • 30g unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • kosher salt

  • whole black peppercorns

  • Chef Stone Secret Spice™️

  1. Season tuna steaks with salt and secret spice

  2. Set a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat

  3. Melt butter in olive oil and throw in peppercorns. cook until they start to pop.

  4. Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, 1-2 minutes per side for rare, 2-3 minutes for medium rare.
