RED VELVET JAPANESE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

2 Cups Flour

1 3/4 Cup Milk

4 Teaspoons Baking Powder

2 Tablespoon Melted Butter

2 Eggs

1/4 Cup Sugar

2 - 3 Tablespoon Red Food Coloring

A Pinch of Salt

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together

2. Separate egg white from yolk

3. Whisk egg white till it reaches stiff peak and set aside

4. Mix other wet ingredients together

5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine (don’t over mix)

6. Fold egg white into the batter.

7. Use a 1/4 cup to scoop batter into a slightly oiled hot pan and fry.
