Sriracha Honey Lemon Chicken Wings



  1. Cut chicken wings at the joints and discard tips

  2. Season wings with rosemary, salt, black pepper and secret spice and allow to marinate for at least half hour

  3. Drench in flour and deep fry until golden brown and cooked through

  4. In a small bowl, combine together sriracha sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey and lemon juice

  5. Set a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter in oil on the pan, add the fried chicken then the sauce and continue to stir until chicken is well coated.

  • 500g chicken wings 

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced

  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce

  • 3 tablespoon honey 

  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
